LaundryLink is a same-day laundry service inside your building. Simply drop off your laundry on your building’s service day and we return it washed, dried, and folded later the same day.

One LaundryLink bag equals one load of laundry. Bags hold about the same amount as a standard washer.

No. LaundryLink operates entirely within your building, so your clothes never leave the property.

You can add additional loads anytime. Extra loads are charged at the standard add-on rate.

You can include everyday clothing, standard towels, and standard bed sheets. Please do not include delicates, items labeled dry clean only or hand wash only, luxury or specialty garments, or oversized items such as comforters, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, or bulky bedding.

There are no additional laundry room costs.

Laundry dropped off on your building’s service day is typically returned the same day.

Your laundry is washed in your building’s laundry room using the existing machines.

We typically wash laundry in cold water and dry it on low heat to help protect your clothing. If a mixed load appears higher risk for color transfer, we may add a color-catching sheet to help absorb loose dye. If you’d like certain colors washed separately, please provide them in two separate bags.

Your laundry will remain safely stored in the designated pickup area until you collect it.
